Yard Sale Treasure Finder analyzes a submitted item photo and related details to produce an informational resale-value estimate and comparable-listing context.
Why did a scan fail?
- Confirm that the device has an internet connection.
- Use a well-lit photo that clearly shows one item.
- Close and reopen the app, then retry the scan once.
- If the failure continues, email support with the error text but not the item photo.
Is the estimate an appraisal or guaranteed sale price?
No. Estimates are informational only. They are not appraisals, offers, or guarantees. Actual value can vary with condition, authenticity, completeness, fees, shipping, demand, timing, and the buyer.
How do I delete my account and scans?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes the account and associated scans from the service. You may also email support for help with deletion.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Apple manages subscriptions. Open the iOS Settings app, select your name, then select Subscriptions. Purchase issues can also be reported at reportaproblem.apple.com.
