GLP 100 Support
GLP 100 is a local-first journal for weight, food and protein, hydration, movement, completed medication history, symptoms, progress photos, and on-device coaching.
Is my data private?
Tracker records are stored on the device by default, and the app has no personal account system. A food lookup sends the search text or barcode the user submits. Apple Reminders copies can sync through iCloud or appear on a shared list. Files, including progress photos in a full export, leave through an export or share action the user starts. See the GLP 100 Privacy Policy for details.
Does the app give medical advice?
No. GLP 100 records completed events and provides general educational support. It does not choose an injection site or recommend a dose or medication schedule. Follow the official instructions for the medication and the guidance of the prescribing clinician.
Do I need an account?
There is no personal sign-in.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open Settings in GLP 100, choose Apple Health, and approve the categories you want the app to read. Access is read-only. Permissions can be changed later in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Health.
Where are my progress photos stored?
Progress photos are stored inside the app and are not added to the Photos library by default. They are not sent to an AI service. A full export the user starts can include the photo files.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
If a paid product is available, Apple shows the current terms before purchase. Manage or cancel an active subscription in the Apple ID subscription settings.
How do I delete my data?
Use the reset controls in the GLP 100 Settings tab to remove local journal data, or delete the app. Existing iCloud device backups may retain a copy according to Apple's backup policies. Previously exported files, shared copies, and Apple Reminders entries must be removed from those destinations separately.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
